Be careful in these interviews. They are often having you work for them for free. If you solve one of their current problems, they have the solution and don't need to hire you. They are stealing from you. This happened to me several times. I taught the team how to solve their problems. They didn't hire me or anyone else. They used my solution without hiring anyone.
